		<description>I'm happy that I came across this site. Do you have any data on how the various AMC monitors perform in PPT measurement in lithography bays. We're looking for a replacement to the IonPro, but like the multipoint capability as well as the ability to pick up NH3 and Nh4, NMP, SO2, etc.
